Deleting the Game from Your Device

You can delete the game and your account data stored on your device by uninstalling the app.

Starting a New Game Account

If you would like to start playing with a new account, please reinstall the app after unstalling with the steps above.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion can only be processed by contacting us through the Support Chat.
You will need to provide information to verify your account ownership before we can proceed.

Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
 • In-game currency, items, and customization data
 • Purchase history and rewards
 • Level progress, friend information, rankings, and other play records
 • User information and settings linked to your account

Please note that no refunds or compensation can be provided for any in-game currency, items, or rewards lost due to account deletion.
