If the purchased items are not reflected, could you please try the following steps to see if the purchases are reflected?

  • Restart the app.
  • Re-enter the shop.
  • Wait for 24 hours (in some cases, processing can take some time).

If the issue persists after trying the above, please prepare the following information and contact us via the chat icon at the bottom right.

  • Customer Information
    • User ID: You can check it on the settings page in the top right corner of the screen.
  • Purchase Details
    • Purchase date and time
    • Purchase amount
    • Purchased item name
  • Presence or absence of error messages
  • OS version of your device
  • Payment method (credit card, etc.)
  • Screenshot of the purchase receipt email
    • Please ensure that "date and time," "amount," "purchased item name," and "order number" are visible in one image.
    • Please mask or blur personal information, such as your address, to ensure it is not visible.
