- Purchase amount
- Purchased item name
- Presence or absence of error messages
- OS version of your device
- Payment method (credit card, etc.)
- Screenshot of the purchase receipt email
- Please ensure that "date and time," "amount," "purchased item name," and "order number" are visible in one image. If your address is included, please obscure it or ensure it is not visible.
