- Purchase amount
- Purchased item name
・Presence of an error message and its content
・OS version of your device
・Payment method (credit card, etc.)
・Screenshot of the purchase receipt email
- Please ensure that "date and time," "amount," "purchased item name," and "order number" are visible in one image.
- Please mask or blur personal information, such as your address, to ensure it is not visible.
- For duplicate payments, please provide the purchase receipt screenshots for them.
